GOAL :
Thread detection on Brake-Part.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY:
The lighting is important to see thread on brake-part.

Test is successfully although angle of brake-part is whatever. Referance points are important for this reason. You can upgrade the system if amount of thread count is more than this example.

System speed is controlled in milisecond. Faulty Brake-Part count is shown on the screen with program. Error characteristic, count of all Brake-Part and like that is shown on the screen if it's required.

SOLUTION :
It's successfull project with right lighting and right referans points.

RESULT :
With this system brake-part is tested with direction of required criterions.
