GOAL :

In the automobile production the operations like squeezing to the critical parts must be done by appropriate parameter and has much importance. Performance and success in this critical operations must be reported and recorded for further analisys in the future. For this reason there is a necessity for SPC solution

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY:

To achieve the functionality which was stated in the "goal" section, computer is the best platform. E3TAM Engineers combined their SPC knowledge with the process and format data , which were given by the Opel responsibles, and handed the project in a short time. For software development LabVIEW and SPC library was used.

SOLUTION :

It was determined that the statistic process control is the most appropriate solution to confirm the goal. And this solution was produces by LabVIEW. The users enter the process datas and the explanations using the screen displayed below.

The results of the entered values can be seen monthly on the base of relays.

RESULT :

This E3TAM project a high technological solution to the SPC need of Opel was provided. And the process managment became easier.
