Takosan wants to control all products on this test system.

DESIGN and TECHNOLOGY

This pc based machine vision system is designed for serial production conditions and high sensitivity. Analog input and outputs are established with computer based distributed data acqusition systems (RTU). Analog output Sony cameras which are at industrial standards and National Instrument high quality image acqusition cards, which are run on PCI Bus, are used. The image processing software has developed on Natinal Instruments's Labview software

SOLUTION

Indicators are calibrated by electronic way. Warning lamps and pointers positions are also adjusted electronic ways. Control process is full automatically control indicator's all functions. First required current is given to the lamps, the image which is obtained by camera is transferred by image acquisition cards to the PC. software is process the images and control lamps positions.

Reference currents are sent to Speed, revolving, heat, fuel level pointers, pointer images are obtained by cameras and process by software. So the software decide if pointers show right value.

RESULT
